Therefore, the boss decides to secretly advertise by committing crimes in the country with smuggled arms. He plans to increase anarchy and terrorism among young people to boost arms sales. During a clash, a police officer and a university student are killed. The police officer who dies in the clash is a close friend of Commissioner Cemil. Cemil will collaborate with the university students whose friends were killed to dismantle the criminal organization.
